Lack of Consent and Sexual Conduct
February 3rd, 2010We have all heard of lack of consent, however, many people do not know entirely what it means. A person loses his or her consent in a sexual act when he or she is incapable of consenting to a sexual act in some form. This means that a victim can either not be aware of the situation that he or she becomes involved in, is not of consenting age in his or her state, or is forced to perform or engage in sexual acts by another person.
